Shipping
Upon ordering your merchandise, you will receive a conformation email with your tracking number. Please allow 2 – 3 business days for production, and up to 2 weeks transit time, depending on the timeliness of the courier.
Returns
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong or insufficient address
If the courier considers your address insufficient for a successful ship, your package will be atomically returned to the production warehouse. You will be notified via email, where then you can reply back correcting it. Then please allow time for a 2nd ship.
